Terms of Service
1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you (“you,” “your,” or “User”) and QuantAnalyst (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), governing your access to and use of QuantAnalyst and any related websites, applications, and services (collectively, the “Service”).
By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
3. Accounts
To use most features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it current. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at usequantanalyst@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized use. We are not liable for losses arising from your failure to protect your credentials.
4. The Service and License to Use
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the Service, except as expressly permitted. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
AI-generated analysis. Analysis is produced using third-party artificial-intelligence services, including services provided by Anthropic, PBC. By uploading content to the Service, you authorize us to transmit that content to these providers as necessary to generate your analysis. Such analysis is automated and provided subject to the Financial Disclaimer in Section 10.
5. Subscriptions, Billing, and Renewals
Plans and pricing. The Service is offered on paid subscription plans or a one-time purchase. Current pricing is shown at our pricing page.
Payment. Payments are processed by our third-party processor, Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the applicable fees.
Automatic renewal. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually) at the then-current price, unless you cancel before the renewal date. We will send a renewal reminder as required by law.
Cancellation. You may cancel at any time via account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access until then.
6. Refunds
All fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
- Upload or transmit malware, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other accounts;
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure;
- Scrape, harvest, or use automated means to access the Service except as we permit;
- Upload any content you do not have the right to use, including images or screenshots whose use is restricted by a third party’s terms or intellectual property rights;
- Infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.
8. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, design, text, graphics, and trademarks, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership to you except the limited license in Section 4.
9. Third-Party Services
The Service may integrate with or link to third-party services (e.g., payment processors, AI providers, analytics). We are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them is governed by their terms.
10. Financial Disclaimer
QuantAnalyst provides automated analysis and information based on charts and images you upload. The Service is provided for informational and educational purposes only.
Not financial advice. QuantAnalyst does not provide financial, investment, trading, legal, or tax advice. Nothing made available through the Service constitutes a recommendation, solicitation, or offer to buy or sell any security, cryptocurrency, derivative, or other financial instrument, or to adopt any particular trading or investment strategy. QuantAnalyst is not a registered broker-dealer, investment adviser, or financial advisor, and your use of the Service does not create any advisory, brokerage, or fiduciary relationship.
No guarantee of accuracy or results. Analysis produced by the Service is generated automatically and may be incomplete, inaccurate, or incorrect. Financial markets are inherently unpredictable. Past performance is not indicative of future results, and no specific outcome or profit is promised or guaranteed.
Your responsibility. You are solely responsible for your own financial and trading decisions. Trading and investing involve substantial risk, including the possible loss of some or all of your capital, and are not suitable for every person. 11. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
12. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100).
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
14. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms or for any reason with reasonable notice. You may terminate by closing your account. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (e.g., Sections 8, 10, 11, 12, 13) will survive.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or via in-app notice before they take effect. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. You agree that any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Santa Clara County, California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

19. Miscellaneous
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
